Returns and Exchanges

Via Bela offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange your item.

Here is our Return Policy:

      • The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
      • Returned items must be in original condition, not used or altered
      • All tag and inserts found on some of our items must not have been sized or altered in any way.
      • Gift boxes and gift bags cannot be credited to money refund.
      • Shipping cost cannot be refunded
      • Items On-Sale will be paid as refunded discounted price
      • Items at 50% or more are Final Sale and cannot be refunded.
      • No restocking fees are applied.
      • International purchases are non returnable.
      • Returns may take 2 to 3 weeks to process. We request your patience.

The item must be returned in new and unused conditions to insure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes nor signs of wear on the product. Via Bela cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

For third returns, you can send your exchanged product within 30 days from the date of your second return plus all the above criteria; however we will not give you a refund. You may exchange your merchandise with something else. Shipping fees will be applied.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please, have your order number from your original confirmation email available.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Via Bela has received and processed your return. Normally it takes 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Via Bela. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Instructions

Please, include a note specifying your full name, complete shipping address, phone number with area code, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, replacement or refund.

Please, be informed that shipping is at the customer’s expense except when item is damaged or defective.

Please, ship your package preferably by UPS, Fedex or any Postal Service that you trust. We will not be responsible or refund lost merchandise.
