Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 to 7 business days depending on the availability of the requested item.
If you have chosen UPS as your Shipping option, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from us when your order has shipped containing your UPS tracking number. With this number you can access www.ups.com to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Shipping Status
In case your Shopping Bag includes items with different shipping statuses, you will be asked if you prefer to have your products shipped separately (as they become available) or to wait until all items are ready to ship together. Additional shipping charges will apply in case of multiple shipments.
International Orders
We welcome international orders and work with all the countries that UPS provides service.
